Hi, just wanted to report a strange bug with the newest build (30.march).

Faulting process id: 0x2148
Faulting application start time: 0x01ce2eeefdc47dde
Faulting application path: C:\Windows\system32\prevhost.exe

RE: AppProfiles64 Bug in 30march build
lerun, thanks for reporting that issue.

Just tried exactly what you pointed out but couldn't replicate the error. Googling for explorer 0xc000041d I found this: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windo...f15a128042

Looks like it's something else that when running together with RadeonPro causes the crash, even though the error message points to a RadeonPro module. The thread linked above tells the anti-virus was causing the crash, you might try a clean boot as suggested in that thread to see if it's RadeonPro alone causing the issue on your end.

BTW, unless you're running 64-bit games, it's advisable to not use the optional RadeonPro 64-bit monitoring module as it isn't needed to proper RadeonPro operation.

RE: AppProfiles64 Bug in 30march build
Thanks for the answer John.

I looked a bit closer at the issue, and this only happens in the explorer window when "Show preview handlers in preview pane" is set. When clicking on a txt file or anything other having notepad set as the default program to open the file...explorer will stall and AppProfiles64 crashes. So you are right that it is another program crashing, though I still think this has something to do with RadeonPro. I have used RadeonPro for a long time, and this was not a issue before upgrading to the 30.march build (had one of the earlier preview builds before upgrading (Derko??))

I have turned off preview mode in explorer as a workaround.

Thanks for a great program.

Ok, just tried with preview pane enabled and got the crash too, I'll investigate further as soon as possible.

Thanks again Smile

lerun, the crash seems to be gone, I've put a setup with the fix here: http://www.radeonpro.info/Download/Radeo..._lerun.exe

Can you verify and report back if it's working for you now?

Thanks in advance.

RE: AppProfiles64 Bug in 30march build
Spoke to quick, it seems the new build broke the OSD overlay for the GPU stats. FSP counter works.

Reverted to the 30.March build and it was back again, so something broke in the build you gave me Sad
