BF4 64-bit / SweetFX 1.4 / Win 8.1 Issue Found.
Firstly, thank you very much for the SweetFX implementation. It allows us to use SweetFX (up to v1.4) on Windows 8/8.1. However, RadeonPro seems to be unsuccessful when it comes to BF4 as the title suggests "BF4 64-bit / SweetFX 1.4 / Win 8.1 Issue Found".

The SweetFX seems to be ineffective or none detected by RadeonPro.
Please see my steps below:
I enabled 64 bit support for RadeonPro.
SweetFX enabled and program pointed to SweetFX files.
Custom profile for BF4 (64-Bit) created.
SweetFX enabled for the profile followed by import of SweetFX_Settings.txt.
Game launches but SweetFX does not work.
I tested other games using the exact same SweetFX core files, so it seems to be an issue with BF4/RadeonPro combination only.
This is the profile and files used:
See Here:

I repeat, the core SweetFX files work on other games. SweetFX is not the cause here. This is an isolated issue with the combination of BF4 and RadeonPro when forcing SweetFX.

Also, any plans to patch support to current build for SFX 1.5.1 and possibly 2.0?

Thank you.

I guess the issue you're reporting is related to SMAA which is not being applied as well. Can you check if FXAA can be applied by RadeonPro in BF4 64-bit?

About support for newer versions of Sweetfx, yes, it may be added in future. Not on top of priority list, though.

No features at all are being applied, not just SMAA. But other games work fine (Windows 8.1, same SweetFX core files, any other game, using RadeonPro).
Does this help at all or did I misunderstand?
Any other suggestions?

Do you see any OSD from RadeonPro in BF4?

I sure do! I see the yellow fps counter in the top corner as normal.
In fact, everything other than SweetFX seems to apply.
Edit: To get "SFX" working in "other games" using" RadeonPro" and using the "same configuration", I must remove the description from the SweetFX_Settings.txt file. That's just something to point out.

FXAA is working on BF4 64bit?

Well I don't seem to get an error message. I just disabled it again seen as the game has good AA built in.
Any thought on the SweetFX situation?

Tried BF4 64-bit in SP and MP modes, post-processing seems to be working fine (SMAA, FXAA) but Sweetfx (1.4) is a hit and miss, don't know why.

Edit: internal rendering size must be set at 100% or post-processing will fail.

Sorry for the inexperience here but what do you mean by internal rendering size? Did you test using the files that I used from the original link I posted in the OP?

Thank you mate.

It's an option in BF4 graphics settings.

No, I tried plain Sweetfx, just tested Vibrance to see if it works or not. It does, but only sometimes.
