BF3 bugs
First of, thanks for a wonderfull program. Love it!

Don't know if this has been reported earlier, but i have huge problems with latest RadeonPro and BF3.
There are 3 things that i only can relate as a bug.

1. Time to time, 6 out of 10 times my BF3 crash. No message, no BSOD. It just says -Battlefield 3 has stop working.

And here's from the Windows logbook
Felet uppstod i programmet med namn: bf3.exe, version 1.6.0.0, tidsstämpel 0x511c9356
, felet uppstod i modulen med namn: bf3.exe, version 1.6.0.0, tidsstämpel 0x511c9356
Undantagskod: 0xc0000005
Felförskjutning: 0x002d5fc2
Process-ID: 0xcc8
Programmets starttid: 0x01ce8b025fc02ea6
Sökväg till program: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\bf3.exe
Sökväg till modul: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\bf3.exe
Rapport-ID: 26dc3344-f6f7-11e2-9dde-60a44c41e1a3

2. Time to time when the game crash i recieve a pop up message "forgot to save it" that says something like -Your AMD drivers has stop working and has been reloaded It says something about amdkmdap also.

3. Don't know why. But when i use RadeonPro i always has less FPS. Almost 40FPS less.

Here's the big thing. I only use RadeonPro to get SweetFX, FPS counter and ability to record ingame. NOTHING more!

But everything works fine if i only use SweetFX with SweetFX Configurator.

Bios are up to date
Drivers are up to date
No heat problems

RE: BF3 bugs
You're welcome. Glad RP is useful for you Smile

Starting from 3, there's something really wrong there, you shouldn't see that much performance hit (if any) if you're not using post-processing effects that might cause that drop in performance.

I don't know what message is that "forgot to save it", I think it is coming from somewhere else because RP doesn't have that error message. By the way, are you overclocking you video card? What is the model/maker of the card?

RE: BF3 bugs
Thanks for fast answer. I'll try to save the pop up message next time.
The card(s) are XFX R7970 Black Edition running in CF. Not overclocked from my side, but it is overclocked slightly from manufacturer.

Again, this is only happening when i'm gaming with RadeonPro

RE: BF3 bugs
Ok, to start I think you'll need to figure out why you're losing so many FPS when using RP. I tested BF3 with a 2x 7970 CF and the performance hit was almost non existent using SMAA. Currently I am using a single 7970 and can't see any measurable hit using RP in BF3.

RE: BF3 bugs
Got it. Here's the pop up i mention earlier
http://img541.imageshack.us/img541/4750/yxo7.jpg
Right after you have clicked OK a new pop up comes up in the ATI control icon that says something like
-Your AMD drivers has stop working and has been reloaded

Don't mind the driver version. Just testing if there's any change when running with earlier versions.

RE: BF3 bugs
Well, if that screenshot was made by you then you're using Catalyst 13.1 which is pretty old. It might be worth try to update Catalyst to a more recent version.

RE: BF3 bugs
Thanks again for the fast reply.
Here's some new screen with all the info. Sorry for the crop, but i had to much info on the screen to share on a open forum

Error pop up 1 with task manager
http://imageshack.us/a/img40/566/d3rd.jpg

AMD error pop up. Sorry for the language, but basicly it says that AMD drivers has stop responding and has been reloaded.
http://imageshack.us/a/img607/940/6439.jpg

And a screenshot where you can se that RadeonPro has crashed. I can't open it, shut it down or move the screen. I have to force close it with task manager.

Which log do you need? I got three of them.
*BF3.exe
*EACoreServer.exe
*esnlauncher4.exe

EDIT: Here's the BF3.exe log

RE: BF3 bugs
Something came to mind now, when using RadeonPro some games crash when Origin's overlay is enabled. It's worth a try if you have Origin's overlay enabled in Origin program settings.
